cannot fit an 04 at all 05 u p only..have a whole different dash setup along with wiring harness

 

People hae installed these in 03/04s but it is NOT plug and play. Custom wiring and modifications will have to be made. I believe there is a fairly detailed DIY thread on this forum regarding the swap.

 

you should make a module man for it!! plug n play!!

 

I was actually thinking the same thing when I was thinking about all the work that is required to make it work. However, it's not something I would have an interest in doing!

But, then I wouldn't have a a cluster for sale (because it would be in my '04)!

 

you could develop it though! I would buy it! i still have your Sunroof module sitting in the bag...havent installed it yet.....had everything else..mirror tile and window role up.. would love the VDC off module! so it stays off!

 

yeah , it'd so buy it if i can put the 05+ cluster in my 04

 

^^I successfully did this and ran it for over a year in my 03.....and I used a non navi cluster in my navi equipped car with no issues. Search my posts, not on here much, moved to a 335i.....
