Have No Ideas How To Remove These, Pictures Inside.

I'm not sure if you guys can see those light blue stuff on my passenger, It has been raining the whole week lately, not sure if that was my friend's fault, she had those gray color jeans, I don't even know how to explain it. Do you guys know how to remove those blue stuff on the seat? Any help would be deeply appreciated!

maybe a stain remover? like one of those "magic sticks" i think Tide makes em... just make sure its color safe n doesnt have bleach. and watch for notes about leather!
