Im trying to remove the interior door handle trim to wrap the brushed aluminum in carbon fiber because its scratched and the look drives me crazy! I have purchased this really cool carbon fiber wrap that doesnt look cheap and is very durable. I want to do my Kick plates as well.

 

I believe there's a sticky with pics of some one removing and painting them lemme try to find it

 

At the bottom of the handle there is a small cutout. Use a flat tip screwdriver in there and pry out. Once you get that first clip free just pull.

 

I wrapped my car in carbon fiber. Did you end up figuring it out?

 

on the bottom of it theres an indention where u can slip a flat head in there and pop it out

 

little notch at bottom stick a flat in and slight twist . It will pop right up . The get your finger under and move it up while popping off .

 

I wrapped my handles in CA-421 di noc. looks awesome and wears very well.

 

Is each model different? I have a 2nd gen and to get the handle off you need a plastic bone to pry it off.
