What paint gives OEM rubberized look and feel?

I am trying to paint the interior parts on my 2nd gen G35. I don't know what paint that can produce the black rubberized surface that the OEM parts have. Anyone with experience painting these black rubberized plastic pieces please give me instructions.

Thanks

I am trying to paint the door switch panel on the 2nd gen G35. The door switch panel is very easy to get scratches that shows the white plastic base. This is a very common issue.

after you paint it i recommend a few coats of clear...it took me forever to find a matte clearcoat locally but i didn't want glossy pieces, my parts have held up very well...an adhesion promoter before painting will help as well

what you have to do is sand off all that rubber texture before you paint it. Rapping it i don't know if you need to do that but for me i used 380 grit sandpaper to sand off all that crap and then color match it to the car. Should i post a pix?
