Window not working

Hey all,
Has anyone had this problem? On my G35 the driver side window does not want to go down. It works when it wants to. Don't know if its the switch or the motor. Any ideas?

Mine does the same thing, 04 sedan, button makes noise like it should work but no worky, any ideas?

For my car the molex plug that connects the wires from to the door was dirty. I disconnected it and cleaned and and it works like a champ.
