Seat heater delete

I'm about to retrofit my '03 coupe with the .5+ center console. At the same time, I would like to delete the seat heaters switches. I live in tropical climate and have no use for them other than the occasional prank to my wife and other unsuspecting passengers. My question is, can I just tape the harness to the inside of the console without activating the CEL or anything else? Its not that they bother me or anything but I dont want anybody heating my ****!!!

I'm driven my car with the center console out (and switches unhooked) and had no problems. I don't see any issues with leaving the harnesses tucked away.

You may want to cover the "holes" with an overlay kit or fabricate your own.

Id be willing to buy your seat heaters if they will work on any 03.5 sedan. Send me a PM if your interested.

Yes, I'm doing that. Just gotta order one more "blank" or hole cover. The old console already has one in the middle of the 2 switches.
