New CF vinyl wrap better than Di-Noc, Scotchprint 1080
So when Di-noc was release by 3M i was impressed by the quality and the feel of it. Now 3M has released a new set of vinyl wrap specifically targeted for Automotive use, its called Scotchprint 1080. they have 34 different colors aside form basic carbon there are some other colored carbon weaves and metallic finishes and even brushed aluminium. Its really impressive the depth that they have on the vinyl, it looks like a real paint job. Any how here is a comparison pic:
the top right is real dry carbon fiber. Bottom right is 3M Di-NOC and the left is the new Scotchprint 1080. looks really good!!!
here is a pic of the sample pack of all the different colors:
It is supposed to be even easier to work with than Di-NOC and last just as long. I cant wait to rewrap my dash with it.
Anybody else have any experience with this new stuff yet?
