03-05 G35 Coupe Seat belt holder/guide

Hey guys,
Does anyone know how to remove the seat belt holder/guide from a 03-05 coupe?
It is really annoying, I rather not have anything there.

Pop off the cover on the base of the guide and theres screws under it

Is there a DIY for this? I was about to remove the base of the guide from pillar. But I cannot remove the holder that is attached to the belt itself.
