HAHA ya, it will all work out in the end. It just takes a few months to preform everything. Custom work also takes HOURS to do. In the end the car will look amazing. I know it. Eventually I will wide body but thats years down the road. This is the car I tune tweak, and have fun with. I have a speed3 for my DD/when the G is broken down with a turbo that happens here and there haha.

um... I was using one for reference but the other for music. I usually am doing the projects at 10 at night-6am. So I need something to help keep me awake here and there.

Okay I think I came to a conclustion. Here is what I was thinking,
tell me what you think I have 2 new ideas.

1. Black leather Lt. Grey diamond stitching. (seats and door inserts)
2. Racing seats up front, and G35 rearn seats in rear.
3. Lt. Grey headliner in suede, and a few other parts suede.
4. Gold accenting on the shift knop and like pull ***** and speaker rings. Nothing to over the top.

IDEA 2
Getting 3M carbon fiber fabric wrapping the dash, center console, pieces of the door, (kinda over the top but eh)

Then black leather with lt grey or chocolate suede. Racing seats up front again, because I like how they feel. I may not do racing seats, they are just on my mind. I am not to fond of the G35 coupe seats. It may be that mine hack 100k miles on them. Anyways ideas and imput are wanted. Im also getting my steering wheel custom wrapped.

Shoot me a PM with your email address, I've got a black and chocolate brown suede theme going right now, I can send some pics your way if you want em. Black and the right shade of brown works pretty well, black and gray is a little to muted in most cases, feels almost sterile, imo.

I'd like to see G37 seats wired in from possibly a salvage pull, especially the G37 convertible seats which are both heated and air conditioned with headrest stereo which I heard sound amazing.

I've been waiting for someone to figure out how hard it would be (i also like aftermarket but I like the safety of maintaining side airbags).

Eh. The safety side is nice, but with curtain airbags, and a front airbag, you are pretty set. IN MOST CASES. I am in no way shape or form saying that there is not a point to airbags in the chairs. Im sure I could figure out how to get the G37 seats to fit. Worst case I could swap the rails. I may just look into that. I was un aware they were heated and cooled.

It's just super hard to find the convertible seats. I would buy them if I could, but they just are not out there often. Like gtr seats only on the market here and the when the car has been completely totaled.

I need help deciding on what seats to do. Should I keep stock or wrap racing seats. I only do maybe one track day a year. Is car is mainly a show/daily driver for me. Any advice is good. I am doing a fully custom interior, I just can't exactly justify dropping 2-3k on racing seats then another grand to re wrap them. Just looking for advice.

IMO, just keep them stock and get them redone. Plus it will be a lot cheaper.

What do you think about getting some cheaper race seats and possibly bolting them to the stock seat adjusters so you can still use all the power features (except for recline) and have those wrapped. I picked up a pair of ebay race seats for $250 shipped and I am very happy with them. My car is not a daily driver though.

My only concern on the cheap seats, is that if I do get hit, I may be screwed. They are cheaper quality with rails and everything. My stock seats have 100k on them. Maybe I will de pad them as we'll.
