I was gonna put bostons in mine also.. how deep are the speakers?? I was thinking if they dont fit there I could get an adapter and put them in the 6x9 spot..

 

Um..... I have a 2 inch spacer on mine so they fit right. Don't put them in the 6x9 spot that section is worthless. Just cover those holes with sound killer. If you gunna run Boston's I think you have plenty of room.

Online. I got it off eBay. If the re speakers fir with no issues ill send them out to ya, but I'm months away from finishing my build

Just picked these up. The wiring is slightly different. The gtr seats actually have less wires below. Therefore I am a little confused
, but i will figure it out. Also the rails don't match up like at all so I'm going to have to put the factory g35 ones on.

 

I got the gtr brackets off of the passenger seat today. I'm going to get the lemon brackets off the g35 seats and we will see how it all turns out. I'm now really sure how its going to go. Also I have a question if I use 3m di noc on my entire dash is that to much? I think it might be, but since my entire interior will be decked out it could look good. If not does alcantara fade. I can't get a concise answer.

 

Don't do that fake carbon fiber, it will look tacky..

 

K since it seems your the only one looking at the thread do you know if alcantara fades?

 

I'm not 100% but I would say eventually it will, just tint all your windows including the windshield or get the top of the dash covered in leather or sumtin and do the suade on the lower panels..

I won't do the dash. May use some vinyl. Also I can't tint my windshield. It would be to hard to see for me.

 

OKAY!!!!! So I was looking at the seat rails. If you swap the rails from the g35 seats to the GTR Its looking like it will all bolt up fine. I am just eyeballing things as of now. The GTR rails are shorter by about an 3 inches, so I cant just mod those to work. I was hoping to be able to keep the G5 seats and just sell them off, but thats not looking like a possible plan anymore. O well.

 

U can sell the seats without the rails..
