is it still also $55 shipped/PP Fees (OBO) or $75 including shipping. as well does the shifter come with the shifter lock.. could not identify from the angle of your pics. thanks

My bad bro just went through the thread and got the answer to my previous question. I can do the whole unit for $55.00 shipped. im located in Delaware. ..asap....But does the shifter come with the shifter lock.. could not identify from the angle of your pics.
