My window is slamming

When I open the window it sounds like it slams the bottom of the track and when I close it and close the door it slams the top.. I did notice when I open the door it drops lower than the driver side.. What's causing this??

Even though it goes up and down fine?? I replaced the motor a while back, I was leaning towards it needing to be reset..

I gotta take the door panels off to do some other stuff, I guess I will take a look inside the door and see what's going on..
