Yea, they are lighter, but stock seats only weighted like 65 pounds I think a piece and racing seats with sliders and rails are probably between 25-35 pounds. So your looking at 60-80 pound total weight savings... Still better than a diet though.
driver side: 62lbs
pass side: 52.6lbs
those bride rails are (I have the same ones, just the G35 version...looks identical):
driver side: 12lbs
pass side: 16lbs
Recaro SR-III seats are 14.5kg or 31.9lbs each
my fixed back CF seats for comparison are 15.8lbs each
so doing the maths:
driver side for this setup ~ 12lbs (bride rail) + 31.9lbs (SR-III seat) = 43.9lbs
pass side for this setup ~16lbs (rail) + 31.9lbs (SR-III seat) = 47.9lbs
total for this setup ~ 91.8lbs
total for stock setup ~ 114 lbs
Delta for this setup ~ 22.2lbs of total weight savings
edit: I apologize for hijacking your thread, just making clarifications as Ive noticed in the past that there are very few actual measurements on G35driver for seat + rail weights vs stock.
