I've had a few requests to reupload the pics. I'll work on that later tonight.

I still have this mod on the car, and it's been working great. It's 1000% better than the stock shifter setup.

Yeah, the work was done with a dremel. I drew an outline of where I wanted to cut the indicator plate, and then you just need a steady hand.
