Hi, n00b here, just took over the lease of a 03 6mt. I have a question about the slider thing in the center console. Is there supposed to be something underneath there? I look in mine and it has two sections, the main section looks like its missing something, it has this kind of claw thing on the bottom and what looks like grooves to hold something? The other section is this small narrow piece that kind of slopes down.

I searched for pics that would show it but nothing came up, and the repair manual shows a center console different than the one I have.

Mine has a spring loaded divider in that area. Not sure if thats the claw thing your talking about. If so.. thats it.
