Remove trunk plastic lining?

So I was reading https://g35driver.com/forums/lighting/93709-tail-light-mod-dyi.html this thread and I canNOT find how the hell to remove the plastic piece that is at the end of the trunk. Can someone post a DYI or at least some instructions?

gently peel up an edge, youll see the points at which its attatched. they just pop out, you have to give it some elbow grease, but its not that hard.

m4gunner is right, gently peel off the edge then use some force and pull upward until the clip comes off. theres about 4-5 metal clip attach to the body. remember use some force or else its not gonna come off easy. gl

the plastic youre talking about is easy to remove, just grab is from the corner and pull up a lil, it has 4 clips.

i would guess since this is such a non-modded part, your best bet would be to go through the dealer.
