Non-HID's to hid with stock headlights?

I don't have HID's, can I just buy the ballest and bulbs and use my NON HID housing?

Nope, different housing! You need the whole thing, and not really worth it w/o projectors. Sorry

mark5. you can buy an aftermarket ballast and bulb and use your NON HID housing. That you can do...

The top bulb is H1 and the bottom bulb type is H4-2(fog and high beam)

I don't want anything too bright, what else would you recomend?

i think he's just kidding....

i am going with a projector setup and it should be bright...

the HIDs should work no problem. Try to get 6k so you get the most lightoutput and look good at the same time. IMO, the 4300 stock bulbs looks bad but it does give out the most lightoutput to light up the road..

Its a balance i guess. Just depends what u want at this pt.

Maybe if the link didn't take 3 hours to download w/ a highspeed connection??


Look kind of cheap...... but something like that is what you would use.
