btw, great job!
you seal it back the way it was. The putty on the headlight itself should be surfficient, but if not, you can always use plastic weld around the headlight seal.

You still doing the headlight upgrades? Is it possible to use higher wattage bulbs and ballasts to increase visible light output, aka lumens?

Ivorygt -

I know I asked you this in a PM but I wanted others to be able to search this in the future. What other shrouds fit the TL projectors? E46 BMW? E55 MB? Any others? Thank you!

We will be sad to see you stop.

You were a big reason I got up the nerve to do mine.

hey, don't worry, I'll still be helping people for sure. It's more fun to learn and DIY. I'm still waiting to see your end product, care to share?

Yeah, I did a S2000 mod on my sedan lights some time back and put a thread in the sedan section about it. I'm doing a TL retro to them now. I'm making the TL into the high/low and the S2000 on the top is now the fog. Output is awesome. The S2000 has a better cutoff than the TL.

I'll post up pics when I'm all done.

s2000 still has the best perfomance of all projectors. You definitely shove out big bucks for those.

Plus you can't just buy the projector, you have to get almost the entire headlight.
