I painted my tail lights... the manufacturer is "VHT" and the name of the product is "Night shades". Its a spray tint vice spray paint. I used sticky contact paper to cover the area i didn't want to paint. I picked that up at Staples. Here's the end product....

try primer it first, then paint it black. OR before you seal the corners, paint the insides black.

in order for the paint to stick, you have to use adhesive promotor. Either the bull frog or dupoint brand will work. Found at pepboys. Works great.

wet sanded the corner then had a friend's shop mixed the paint (BO) for me and cleared it.. i ordered a few Vinyl "INFINITI" stickers so that was painted over.. gona let that dry for a day then i'll clear it one more time tomorrow after i take the sticker off.. also re-did my tail lights.. did it last week and it came out WAY too dark.. so wet sanded that with 1,000 grit then buffed it out.. it had that really cool shadowy look to it.. then sprayed another coat to even it out a little then clear it as well.. so the tails looks dark red/black with a dark shadowish feel to it... i like it.. well i'll have everything put together next week.. will post pixs
