G35c HID bulb Questions?

I was wondering if anyone knew a easier way to swap out the stock hid bulbs with some new ones without removing the front bumper????? i was also thinking about getting a set of JDM 8000k bulbs of of ebay from motoring max.... I had these same exact bulbs on my is300 and they are still running. they have lasted for ten months with no problems. im just curious if anyone has had expierences with this bulb on the g35 coupes?????

I didn't have any experience with this bulb, but I believe you can change it the same way you change the fog light bulbs, through the wheel well, without removing the bumper. Somebody should confirm this though.

jack the car up, take the wheel off, pop out the plastic rivets, peel back the plastic lining, then you have total access to the lights - just be careful when handling them

Same thing with the above thread, unless u lazy taking off the wheel then give u a little more time to work, but taking them off make it way easier and save u a lot of times. Have changed a few pairs already. =) Have fun!

Same here. The time and headache save in taking out the wheel is well worth the few minutes to loosen the nuts, jack up the car and remove the wheel and reverse the process once the light is changed.

and why go with 8000K?? show car?? i wouldn't be running those..

by brighter you mean appears brighter to your eyes. They give off far less lumen than factory or 5000K. You are sacrificing about 30% of lighting performance for the color.
