Infiniti cannot void the warranty on that basis for several reasons:

1.) The 06' lights are factory parts
2.) The wiring harness is exactly the same
3.) The bulbs are exactly the same as far as power consumption.

If something fries, it is most likely 100% infiniti's fault.

Eh? Lighting performance is a billion times better. My stock 04' lights cannot touch what the 06' lights I installed can do:

Guess im just used to seeing lights out of 4 projectors.
