Cheapest Place to Buy 06 Headlights

Hey guys,

Where should I go to get the best deal on a set of 06 headlights? Will I need anything else to complete the install?

Your help is appreciated.

Thanks!

try Chad@InfinitiSpecialist (sponsor on Driver)

and the other things you'll need are the bulbs.

Thanks.

By bulbs, you mean D2S instead of D2R?

you guys will need to buy

D2S Bulbs (projector bulbs)
7440 (turn signals)
194 or 168 (city lights)
H1 (fog lights)

make sure you get a set (2 bulbs, 1 for each side) of everything on that list... just wanted to make sure you guys got it on the first time

once you buy that, insert them in the housings and you're ready to install them on your car.

do you guys more or less know how to take off the headlights?? cuz if you don't i'll post the link to that thread so it'll give you an idea on how to do it.

i highly doubt you'll get a discount on them lol but doesn't hurt to try right? lol

if you want the stock look of the 06s, make sure to get the bulbs D2S cuz they're for the projectors and the bulb rating try and get 4300K and you'll be good to go.

and you say you own a 2006??

2003-2005 G's with the stock Reflector housings will have to use D2R bulbs..

2006 G's will the stock projector housing will have to use D2S bulbs..

lol that was pretty funny. i read that too and i saw his sig and i kinda laughed.. anyways..

i just ordered some piaa mirror 7440's on ebay.. you'll find a lot of the 7440's going for around $35 dollars not shipped.. but if you find the right auctioneer.. i got mine for $28.95 free shipping, well that's cuz it wasn't a "buy it now" it was an actual auction and the other bidder forgot about it. Good blessings to you guys.. i hope you find as good a deals as i did for the assembly for my 06 headlights

My sig is correct! I have modified the bases on the D2S capsuls to fit a D2R housing.
