question for those with PIAA LED bulbs

what is the expected lifespan on these (194's) wedge bulbs? i have replaced bulbs from superbrightleds.com AND autolumination.com in under 6 months and it's not because of the heat from the low beams because my license lights are flickering too. the superbrightleds look like a better quality but burned out just as fast as the cheaper ones. i don't want to spend 30 bucks for each pair of PIAA bulbs if they're going to burn out that fast also. so for those that have them installed, how long have you had them and have they burned out yet.

I had them on for more than 1year..No problem with burning or flickering...
But color changed...its pure white now...
I tried superbrightleds.com and autolumination.com...but no luck..
burned out or flickering in a WEEK...
So Im using those old piaa LED again...working fine..

True LED bulbs should have a VERY long life span.

LEDs should last pretty much forever. but note that LEDs plus heat = bad idea

Yep, i have beeen replacing mine from superbrightleds. com about every 2 months. No morethough. I am tired of taking my front bumper off to get to them. I will have to upgrade to the PIAA's.

I might have to try PIAAs then. I'm tired of also having to change the strip lights. I've actually lost 2 LEDs on the driver's side and 1 on the passenger's side while trying to replace it. Those lil ****** fell deep inside the headlight housing and the only way to get em out is to take the headlights off!

Can anyone recommend a site that sells these besides eBay? There's been too many fakes being sold there.
