Help - Headlights not working after battery change

Long story short:

Saturday - both regular ol' headlights (and car) working fine

Sunday morning - dead battery, car wouldn't start

Sunday afternoon - high quality battery replacement (Sears, battery only 15 months old, under warranty)

Sunday night - headlights not working, had to drive home with only the fog lamps / high beams

What am I missing here? I don't see any fuses labeled "headlights", I disconnected and reconnected the battery, I played with every switch & toggle I could find.

And, of course, I've spent hours checking the g35driver forums with no answers.

Any ideas before I take it to the dealer? Thanks.

There's a fuse box as well as a heavy duty relay box right next to the battery. Did you check both of these? You will have to remove the surrounding plastic piece above the battery to get to them (not just the rectangular battery door). Then, for the fuses, there's a big black plastic cover right next to the fender that needs to be removed. The second one is a smaller rectangular box that has another black plastic cover on it (it's the one in front of the battery).

Hope this helps.

not enough amps to startup the xenon ballasts. battery either needs charge or your alternator isnt supplying enough charge.
