yeah i actually would dont want to mess with the car myself.. seems a bit complicated i could be wrong haha i'm a newb

installing bulbs is a PITA especially if you have fat hands (no offense to anyone )

theyre not suppose to be brighter..

its generally accepted that 4300k will give you the most output and be the brightest

and 6000k is the highest color temp you should go b/c you want sacrafice too much light output




anyway, i never said they were philips 8000k

i just said that i couldnt remember if they were philips 6000k or just 8000k bulbs...i see how my post could have been confusing/misleading though

Its not difficult at all...look at the DIY. Really..you can do it yourself!

I went w/Philips 5000K. Little more color than the optimal 4300K without losing as much output/clarity as 6000K.

i can't find the DIY other than removing the headlights.. is there a DIY just for headlights? i'm lost.. lol.. anyone know also how to reaim the headlights? i need to raise it about an inch or so

shouldnt takign out the headlights be the same as the fogs...its pretty easy if its like taking out the fogs

so you have to take out the headlights to replace the bulbs? what about reaiming the headlights?

no you dont have to take it out to install them

he wrote up a DIY on how to change lights for his sedan...i havent really looked at it but i cant imagine its much different, if at all, from the coupe

yeah i picked them up today from www.suvlights.com the guy is local and have always purchased bulbs and equip from him for my accord. great guy very informative.
