Its a pain. You must take off your entire front bumper and then take out the headlight and you will see it right next to the HID bulb you just twist it and it will come out.

NO NO NO People!!!! If anyone spends that much on PIAA wedge bulbs I will buy a plane ticket come out to wherever they live and laugh in their face!! Its ludicrous! All you have to do is go to Superbrightleds.com or Vleds.com and purchase some white LEDS because they even have a little blue look to them to match your hids and you will be completely 100% satisfied for under 20 bucks! And 30 bucks to get everything including interior leds that look really good! Please dont buy PIAA Super Teras haha

changing fog without removing the front bumper? how you did that?
is it oem fog, or aftermarket fog on the bumper?

The fogs (bulbs) I installed were the Sylvania Silverstars. I DID NOT remove the bumper. As I stated before, can you access the city light through the same acces panel or do you have to remove the bumper? I just turned the wheel in all the way to access the bolts in the wheel well that need to be removed. You just need 30-45min or so to change both sides. There is great DIY instructions that I found using the search function.
