Has anyone tried to retrofit the new M35 projectors into G35 headlights? Im thinking of trying this out and want to see if anyone has any experience or suggestions. Thanks

Thats not what i meant. I dont want the entire headlight fitted into the car. That requires the body getting changed. I'm talking about just retofitting the projectors from M35 to a G35 headlight.

I have thought about it, I have the M45 Projectors in the basement. The problem is how large they are. It will require major housing fabrication. I don't think most people will venture into that. I might...when I have time.

he's not trying to do a headlight conversion, he's just trying to swap projectors. He edited his original thread to say this but its still somewhat unclear

The pic you posted is showing the Widebody kit already on it. It's a Top Secret widebody kit. He is also swapping in a q45 V8 and twin turboing it. (copying the top secret V35 Skyline)

Someone has done it to a coupe. I just saw it a long time ago and cant remember where it was.
They used the 03-04 coupe lights and the projectors from older model m35/m45 and mounted them in the lower part of the headlight housing. He had also put a standard projector in the headlight location to even it out. It looked really nice!

those are of the Q. The M45 is large with shrouds. But it has a cool angel ring effect.
