Help! im in the garage now

Im trying to change my xenon bulbs, but how do I get that metal plate off of the bulb? Im stuck in the garage trying to figure this out.

Just turn and pull hard.

I think you have to turn clockwise

I believe you turn it couterclockwise. while pushing down.

you mean the iqnitor? Twist counterclockwise, shouldn't require force. turn then pull.
