There is some glare, nothing that shines on any of the street signs while driving and it is also 3000K light so it is not that bright either. Most of the light is pointed to the ground.

Case and point: see how low beams do not have any sparkling light effect but the foglights do? They need to be aimmed lower. At least 6" lower judging by your wall pic on the garage.

The low beams would have the same if it was going through a reflector housing and not a projector.
