corner light bulbs

I just got some jdm clear corner lenses from riverside infinti. They didn't come with amber bulbs so I have to get them seperately.(stock bulbs are clear) I ve been looking around and not sure which ones are the best. There were many choices: xenon gas, reg. bulbs, LEDs. which ones do u guys think are the best? I want smth that projects the color evenly, and does not look ricey. suggestions?

I don't think they make xenon gas bulbs for the 194's. Your most probably referring to the blue painted ones. As for LED's, you can pick up the V-LEDs which are a good upgrade, though I do not know what you mean by projecting light evenly. Another option would be to upgrade to custom LED clear corners, which is a service I offer.

I want them to be amber only. I live in Virginia, the laws here are rediculous, I don't wanna get stopped for having white corner lights.

Well, I saw some on ebay, not sure if those even fit (i am a complete noob when it comes to lighting.)

As far as "projecting light evenly", I just dont want the Led to be a small little circle in the middle of the clear lense, I want all of the corner to light up evenly. Should I still go with Vleds, would they provide an even line of projection?

Which ones did you order? I see so many different ones. I want a pure white setup for my license plate lights and my clear corners.

The 'xenon gas' advertisement you see there is referring to the headlight bulbs. But if you look at the smaller bulbs, you can see that they are coated a different color. The V-LEDs are you're most affordable option as I see it.

These have LED's on the sides, as well as on the top, they're your best bet for even light refraction.
