HELP! I cant unclip harness from 06

Ok so im going to put new bulbs in my 06 headlights, Ive got them free from the car except, I can not figure out how to unclip the wire harness

Is there some trick to it? I dont see any clips or anything. please help!!!

yea i couldnt figure that out either.. i kept trying to pull it out.. or squeeze it out.. hahaha u just turn it!
