at 275 for 10min, mine come apart instantly... it takes alot for the headlights to melt, especially if you put them lens down.

Yeah, it wasn't that I didn't believe you since you have done so many. Just the first I have heard of anyone going that high.

A little bit of elbow grease, but almost comes apart instantly, its juts annoying to hold because its so hot. I'll get a video of the next set I do.

I have done 4 AE black out for nissan so far.
3 maximas and 350z...
Im down to do one more for my g35.

I have heat gun and tools but I think my space is too small...

Im down after 29 or later this month

i work @ a shop that has enough room to put 3 or 4 cars in it so we can do a group black out . i am me in interested

No I have not. It will be a learning experience for all of us . you will need to bring you're own paint and sand paper. I do have tools and room to do 3 or 4 cars @ a time . it would be after work , 5pm Tuesday Thursday or any time during the weekend .

The only aftermarket ones I have seen are on ebay for the 03/04's. They are black and for the non-HID. I would not trust them...

When I get sometime I ll take my primer, paint, sandpaper, heatgun, and sillicone over to your shop.

I have done some Blackouts before not on G35 so someone can assist me on taking bumper out and so on. And I can help on taking out housing and paiting =D

i recommend baking the lights to open them. WAYYYYYYY faster and easier.
