bulb change

I recently purchased the 06 housing to put into my 04 coupe. Im in the process of swapping out the stock bulbs for some 6000k ones and came across a loose wire in the housing. Do I need to connect this somewhere? Thanks in advance.

Wonder if that's your ground if it is you can connect it anywhere.
