HI GUys

I just changed my HiD light bulbs to 6000k; however, it seems like my passenger's side hid light bulb doesn't lit as intense as my drivers side. We thought it was the bulbs so I tried switching them to see but I was wrong. My friend suggested it can be the angle of the passenger side which is getting less reflected. I was thinking can it be power problem or something. I'm very fustrated lol anyone know where i can take my car to be looked at?

Another concern I had is that....by changing just the bubls and everything leaving it stock...... can i get a lighting where those ricer rsx lights the floor very bright.
