Yes, I was referring to the bulbs. You can't just pull out the bulbs from an 03 casing and put them in the 06. People have modified their D2R bulbs to make them fit, but I wouldn't recommend doing that.
my apology! I thought you were talking about the ballast and such. yes you are correct about the bulbs. You can modify them but not suggested.
