We did a TSX lense swap with colormod.

 

the garage is a bit dusty...and its definitely black...

 

 

Hey Paul.. are you doing a Quad setup? Or are you just adding the TSX's.

 

ever thought about making the bezel silver?

^^^ accordfreak painted his housings silver and they do look great. They really stand out in person.

 

no quad setup on this one..but I do like how it came out alot I might have it on my own set.

matte black ftw! Mine are matte as well along with a little bit of chrome accent

 

i just bought some 06 light of ebay and took them apart this weekend, i was gonna paint mine gloss black, what kind of prep work do you gotta do before painting them, i've seen ppl sand and then paint, and then some just paint.

 

defintely scuff up with 220 lightly just enough to see scratches not deep valleys.

Primer it thoroughly. make sure you get in between the housing and the shroud, it doesn't get sprayed very well. Then paint it. wait 24 hours before you clear coat.

 

man that looks great can't wait to seem them mounted...i am leaning more and more to buying 06 lights for my 05.
