I cut my own brackets and mounted them with the stock posts. Basically jb welding the plastic pieces from the stock reflector to the bracket. So you can adjust it via stock post.

looking good the headlight master comes to the rescue
ok, got a couple more questions, on the bottom projectors did you have to extend the housing, and what did you use to mount them, like what type of material, thickness, galvanized stuff like that.
also where would i get a 400v diode, would radio shack have them, also what do they look like

radio shack has them for some ridiculous price $2 for a pair. I found it on ebay for 5 cents a piece. Just got 40 + shipping for $5
I did extend the housing in the rear using a ABS reducer from the heating duct section of homedepot
It's thin and you just cut the reducing part and use the larger diameter part painted black.
To mount I cut the metal plates that they use for reinforcing wood joints. It comes with holes on them, sometimes it's useful. To fasten just use appropriate sized nuts and bolts.

what did you use to cut the metal, if you dremeled, what type of bit/blade, also what type would cut aluminum
also this may sound like a stupid question but im looking for some 5000k bulbs, where do you buy new bulbs from, looked on ebay but none seemed legit or actual new bulbs

good luck finding 5000K bulbs, there is a group buy going on but you need to be a premier member to get in on it for the philips 5000k.
I use 85122+ and you could get it on ebay with right amount of research.
to cut metal you need the fiber reinforced cutting disk, it looks like carbon fiber and comes 20 dollars a pack of 20.

you need 4 of the 3AMP...you bought the 1Amp one. So you will need 3 of them on each wire to make it work. Make sure it's paralleled. Or you can just buy the 3amp one and use one per wire.
so i need these ones

also when you dremeled out the clearance strips what type of bit/blade did you use, I've been experimenting on some extras and am not getting anything i like,

I used the same fiber reinforced wheel. and patience. You need to cut it at low speed back and forth for a long time until it finally cuts through.
oh i guess i was at too high of a speed, around 6500, with a wheel that feels like sand paper, i'll try to be more patient... lol
