just get the 6k bulbs you be fine.. just use your old ballast

all you need are new bulbs...

just to let you know, the new lights will not be brighter, they will just be bluer.

How old are your bulbs? HID bulb do change in time. thats why they're only guarenteed to last 100 hrs. so getting new with same rating might make it brighter.

IMO denso or philips. 4300k.

HID bulbs last way longer than 100 hours. They usually just start colorshifting by that point if they aren't 85122+'s.

Anyone try the mtec 6000k d2c bulbs? Saw them going on ebay for about half the price of the philips. They both have the same warranty but how is this "d2c" bulbs compare to our d2r's for the 06 projectors (lumens and look wise).

yeah obviously. the gaurentee lasts 100 hrs., like the warrantee on most cars lasts 3 yrs but the it'll last longer right....

There isn't any type of 100hr warranty on bulbs, how would you be able to tell how long they've been used for if they don't work anymore?
