In the process of doing the upgrade to the 06+ Headlights...

Im not crazy about the yellow output from the stock bulbs in the foglight area since it contrasts with the cool blue/white from the upper HID light

Can I achieve a color match to the upper light be simply changing the peanut bulb and if so where can I find the best match?

Ive also thought about just pulling them and going with the bare light, but I have no idea how that would look...

 

no, you need to change the H1 bulbs as well. I found some Raybrigs that match up pretty well.

 

I don't run any bulbs in my city light

 

i went with piaa extreme white plus for the fogs here are a couple of shots...

 

I removed my city light. It would be about impossible to get a perfect match. A close match, maybe. Just pull it out.

 

i have been meaning to remove my city bulbs but I cant get my sasuage links in there to get them out

Ill probably just yank them then...They only give the lower light that hue right? Maybe Ill go without until I find something that compliments the top lights...
