+1 Put at set a halogen lights next to our 4300K HIDs then come post about yellow.

The only thing that comes to mind when I see people excited about getting 6000K and over bulbs in their G is: go back to the damn civic forum from whence you came.

Honestly, the 4300's are not that yellow. I love it when people think higher the Kelvin, the brighter it is. I had 10,000 on my last accord, which was much brighter than my stock halogens, but nothing compared to the G.

LOL @ 10k HID. I doubt they were brighter than your halogens. I've seen 10k before and its not bright at all. The purple/blue is fooling your eyes.

Ditto.

Anything over 6000k IMO, looks cheap and is asking for trouble/profiling.

We had a mini meet this past wednesday. I was parked next to a G with 8000K bulbs (no idea what brand). Anyways, the comparison was unbelieveable. Sure, his bulbs look awesome, but they were so dim compared to my 4300K. I wish I had taken a picture.

I am surprised that i don't get pulled over for the amount of flicker that my projectors put out. i swear, all you see is blue and purple in front of me. the nice thing is that if you look at the light, all you see is 4300k white.

LOL...Coming from stock 96 accord halogens, yes HID's at 10k is a huge difference. Much brighter, wider, and reached further out. You need to stop looking at those cheap Ebay HID's. When you compre HID to HID that are both in good condition, then the 4300 will be much brighter thn 10k, but any HID will be brighter over halogens.
