What are the best H4 bulbs on the market?

I'm looking for H4 bulbs to replace my stock ones.

I'm looking for the brightest and with a little bit of blue in them.

Share you knowledge please.

Seems a little contradicting.

But if you're looking for bulbs with a hint of blue in them, then I'd suggest PIAA Xtreme Force - I have them and I love their color.

i have the stock hids and PIAA h4s and 168 city lights. They almost match up and are way better than stock h4s. hell the piaa city lights have a beautiful yet faint/subtle blue when off
