HELP pleeeease...High Mount Stop Light Not working

HELP pleeeease...High Mount Stop Light Not working
So here is the problem, originally it was just the spoiler light not working. It has still never worked. The brake light inside the rear window seems to work when it wants to.

Has anyone ever had this problem?

Or does anyone know what this problem could be or what I should do?
