Another LED Question....SMT STYLE?

I am going to replace all my lights with LED's. Everyone says to go with these for the interior.

My question is, has anyone tried these new SMT style LEDS?

Are they any brighter than the standard LEDs? Just wondering if its worth the extra $3 per bulb.
Any input is appreciated.

BTW, if you have any pics of your LED's, please post them.

Thanks,
Tyson

You can always try them out and return the ones you dont like. VLEDs is pretty cool in terms of returns/exchanges. Just email them to confirm since it has been a few month since I ordered from them.

I had/have the ones in the 2nd picture in the G.

I have 2 left which I've been meaning to put them on the M. They're quite nice! No yellow at all.

I actually just placed an order for these SMT's. In fact I'm replacing all of my lights. Once I get them in I can take pics.
