Anyone know how to change the step light? Or where to get bulb bulb type DE3022 that is bright white like VLED's? I can't find anytime type of guide!

 

i have piaa bulbs T6, been running the same bulbs for almost three years. hate the vleds, tried switching to them and they lasted 2 weeks. so i put the old piaa back in there

very easy to change, just use a small knife or screwdriver and cover it w/ a cloth so you dont damage anything. then pop out from one of the corners of the plastic housing so the the whole light comes loose. then you have access to the bulb

 

Anyone else have a bad experience with VLEDs? And what VLED bulb is it?

 

Yeh peice of cake to change. I put these LEDs in mine...I forget where I got them....they look nice though.

 

Do you remember the bulb size on the LEDs?

There is SO MUCH info available about LED replacements for interiors lights. I probaby have posted the info at least 10 times.

Anyways,

If they step light you are talking about is the light under the door, then it is the same as the dome light, a 31mm Festoon bulb.

I am running VLED 9-LED white bulbs. Have had them for a long time now and no issues at all.
