LED Bumper clear corner lense project

the led's dont look purple in real life. they look really bright white.

my clearance strip bulbs are stock. so please dont make fun of my yellow clearance strips. they will soon match the led's.

they light up the housing pretty well... and ever since i've seen these audi's and aston martins running around looking like christmas trees; i really want to join the l e d club.

what do you guys think?

It's weird, the side markers dont seem like it is bright. I have one white led in the side markers and they illuminate the sides pretty well.

Here is a DIY that looks similar. OP, if you did it differently, by all means put up your DIY. Nice work, btw.

Edit:

changcrazy, I noticed I linked to a DIY you did. Isn't your DIY extremely similar to this?

i used the really really thin\flexable LED stripes off ebay. ordered from hong kong. I had to cut them to length. I looked at your thread. your leds seem bigger\brighter. i may order some
