Parking/Marker lights under warranty?

I just purchased an G Coupe a month ago and I noticed that the front parking lights do not come on, the ones that are on the side on the bumper, NOT the one next to the headlamps. I have seen other cars with them working but they are the clear corners? Are they supposed to be working or are they just reflectors?
The rears work but not the front.
If they are supposed to be working and they are not will it be under warranty to fix them?

Thanks.

I am refering to the one the front ones on the bumper, the rectangular orange lights.

if both sides are out, you might want to check the fuses:
