Clearance strip flickering

Hey guys, has anyone had problems w/ there clearance strip light flickering? It almost looks like strobe lights. im coming up to 60k miles/ so should this be a waranty issue? or am i SOL?

Just replace the bulbs.

Headlight Flicker then goes out. Looks like a ballast problem.
