How to change the front turn signal

Hi Guys,

I just got a 2003 G35 coupe. The turn signal doesn't work. I am planning to replace the front turn signal lamps. I have been searching the whole forum for some DIY thread on replacing turn signals, but what I got are all about headlight. Is this the only way to access the turn signal lamp and replace it, remove bumper -> remove headlight house -> replace the lamp?

Thanks a lot

Not necessarily. You can change your turn signal bulbs by going in through your fender liner in the wheel well. Most people jack up the car and turn the wheel inward and peel back the fender liner. From there, you have access to the back of the headlight. This method works easier if you have smaller hands. Some people go as far as to remove the wheel completely. Your other option is to remove the headlights which doesn't require a full removal of the front bumper.

sfgr415, thank you so much. I will try to do what you said first before I remove the headlights...
