I ordered my JDM clear corners direct from the Nissan factory In Tokyo. My clears are authentic JDM. The ones they sell in the states are Infiniti parts made for Infiniti swaps. Nothing special. Let me know if you want the original ones, I will ask my buddies to order you some. I only paid 120 bucks too plus the shipping. it's a little more than you pay here but at least I know they are original from Tokyo.

I really have to ask, why does it matter. Besides the ones I just ordered have the JPN p/n on them from riverside if the pics are accurate. Seems like 40 bucks shipped vs 120 for the same thing is... well to each their own.

Unless he means the authentic ones from JDM are the kind with that bulge, I don't think there would be any difference? Still, @ rarejdm.com you can get that kind for $75. Maybe these authentic ones are the kind with the black lines like from my OP. Oldman, you have any pictures of what they look like?

guys, just ignore oldmanjenkins..... disregard every word he speaks about authentic JDM stuff

if you had seen his thread that got locked and removed the other day, you would understand... but it's just too ridiculous for me to try to explain, so just ignore all his comments about JDM

The buldge version are Genuine Nissan parts and are available as a factory option. The JDM version of our car comes pre-wired with the corner lamps blinking, so the bulge gives drivers on your side a better view of your corner lamp while signaling.

Actually I believe the ones with the bugle are from MMC (updated) V35 Skylines. The orange was factory and clear was optional. They aren't any more JDM than the flat ones most of us have.
