little of both. Crappy pic and they aren't as yellow as the luminics. I took them out and sold them. I gave up on the fogs and kept the stocks......and getting a projector retro done by ivorygt

haha everyone asks me that. I get them from this guy in Hong Kong. He is on ebay. Real cheap LED's that last forever and look better than any LED I've ever tried. Con is they take forever to ship since it's over seas. But it's worth it
